Domestic Return and Exchange Policies
We want you to love what you ordered, but if something isn’t right, let us know. We’ll give you an exchange on that piece in another color, a different size, or an entirely new style.
In the unlikely event that something you ordered from thianabykm.com is damaged or defective, or if the product delivered is different from what you had expected in size or style, you may return the product as we offer free returns. Please ensure the product is unused and in the same condition as you received it with the original invoice, and preferably in its original packaging and price tags. We accept returns of the product within 7 days from the date on which your order was delivered. Please contact us at info@thianabykm.com to assist you on the same.
Once received, we follow the quality check process and the customer care team at thianabykm.com will update us on refund or exchange of products related to Thiana resort line.

We do not accept returns or exchange gift certificates, jewelry and accessories once dispatched unless it is a manufacturing defect.
Merchandise bought on discount is considered a final sale, and hence is not eligible for refund or exchange.
International Returns
We do not offer merchandise exchanges and/or returns on orders shipped internationally. In the unlikely event that any merchandise you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, or if the merchandise delivered is different from what you had expected, please reach out to us at info@thianabykm.com within 48 hours of receiving the order.
Refunds on international orders do not include duties, taxes and tariffs paid by customers.
Returns
Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, contact your debit/credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
